BG778 (DPU-301) is an emergency two-component hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material,
which immediately reacts with water，expands in volume and produces an insoluble foaming body
which can not only prevent water leakage, but also has reinforcement effect. Widely used in subway
tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, underground garage, sewers and other waterproof and
plugging reinforcement engineering fields.
1.Product characteristics
Curing fast, rapid reaction with water, foaming, curing, reaction time can be adjusted according to the amount of A components, generally controllable curing in tens of seconds to a few minutes;
Has good hydrophobic property, chemical stability;
High strength, when foaming under closed condition, the compressive strength can reach more than 20 MPa within a few hours;
Has a large permeability radius and solidification volume ratio, chemical reaction occurs rapidly in water, and great expansion pressure will be Produced at the same time, push the slurry to the depths of the crack to form a tough solid.
2. Scope of application

3.Packaging, storage and transport
Products stored in clean, dry, sealed iron drums, volume of 20 kgs / barrels, 10kgs/ barrels;
Transport should prevent rain, exposure, extrusion, collision, to ensure that the packaging is intact;
Products should be stored in a ventilated, dry, cool place to prevent direct sunlight exposure to avoid rain. Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃;
Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 6months.

5. Reaction time
The reaction time depends not only on the rock temperature, but also on the temperature of the product. If the reaction time under different catalyst dosage is measured under laboratory conditions, it is best to carry out field experiments before grouting
