BG-700 TWO COMPONENT EPOXY SEALING GLUE 2:1
Product Description
Product Detail
Two Component Epoxy Adhesive
BGTwo-component epoxy adhesive is a type of adhesive that consists of two components: resin and hardener. When these two components are mixed in the right proportions, a chemical reaction occurs, resulting in a robust and durable bond between the two materials.
Epoxy adhesives are known for their high strength and excellent adhesion to various materials, including metals, ceramics, plastics, and composites. Two-component epoxy adhesives offer even more increased strength and durability than one-component ones, as they require a curing process that allows the two components to bond together chemically.
BGTwo component epoxies feature unique versatility in application and performance. These systems can be custom formulated to offer a wide range of mechanical, thermal, electrical,
optical and chemical resistance properties, among others. While mix ratios differ, they all offer the ability to cure at ambient temperatures or faster at elevated temperatures. To obtain optimal properties, a post cure is often recommended.
1.Scope of application
Seal the surrounding gaps.
Seal the crack surface and paste the grouting nozzle
Repair the concrete surface defects and level the construction.
2.How to use
Thoroughly clean and dry the surface of the substrate to be sealed
Mix components A and B separately and mix them thoroughly in a clean container
Use a scraper to repeatedly apply the sealant to the gaps and injection holes to be sealed until they are dense
Wait for the corresponding time to solidify according to the ambient temperature and the proportion of the glue, and then proceed to the next process
3.Precautions
When using the glue injection nozzle for pasting, be careful to prevent the glue injection hole from being blocked
The construction environment should be ventilated and dry, and the pasting surface should be clean and oil-free
The curing temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and the curing time should not be less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25℃, and the curing time should not be less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10℃
Protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles must be worn during construction
If it accidentally gets on the skin or clothes, it can be cleaned with acetone and rinsed with plenty of water
If it is eaten or splashed into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately
4.Transportation and storage
This product is a non-hazardous product and is transported as a general chemical
Groups A and B should be stored separately to avoid mixing
Do not expose to the sun, rain or invert during transportation
This product should be stored dry at room temperature below 25℃, with a storage period of 12 months.
5.Packaging Specifications
This product is packaged in large and small plastic barrels (large barrel for component A, small barrel for component B)
